Bush’s® Barbecue Chicken Rice Bowls
Bush’s® Baked Beans are the final piece to the puzzle in these barbecue chicken rice bowls. A quick and easy dinner or a lunch you can prep ahead of time, these bowls will always leave you satisfied.

Ingredients
- 1 can (28 oz) Bush’s® Original Baked Beans, heated
- 3 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb grilled barbecue chicken, sliced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- ¼ cup green onion, sliced
- ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
Cooking Instructions

Heat baked beans per package directions.
- 2TOSS
In a large bowl, toss coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt and black pepper.
- 3ASSEMBLE
To assemble, divide cooked rice among 4 bowls. Top with chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, tomatoes, avocado, and jalapeño.
- 4SERVE
Serve with green onions and barbecue sauce.
