  • 1 can (28 oz) Bush’s® Original Baked Beans, heated
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 3 cups cooked rice 
  • 1 lb grilled barbecue chicken, sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced  
  • ¼ cup green onion, sliced
  • ⅓ cup barbecue sauce

Cooking Instructions

    HEAT

    Heat baked beans per package directions.

    TOSS

    In a large bowl, toss coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt and black pepper.
