Best Black Bean Soup
A black bean soup recipe with a little salsa and chili powder to spice things up. Try topping with shredded cheese, avocados or sour cream to cool things back down.

Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz) Bush's® Black Beans, undrained
- 1 can (16 oz) reduced sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup salsa
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
Optional Toppings
Shredded cheese Sour cream Chopped onion Cilantro Avocado
Cooking Instructions
- 1MASH
Mash one can of beans with potato masher or food processor.
- 2BOIL
Pour both cans of beans into medium saucepan. Add broth, salsa, and chili powder. Bring to a boil.
- 3GARNISH
If desired top with shredded cheese, sour cream, onion, cilantro and avocado.
