Serves: 6
  • 1 pkg bow tie pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup Bush's® Black Beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn, roasted
  • 1 pkg bacon, cooked, drained and minced
  • 3 avocados, cubed
  • ½ cup cotija cheese
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp Tapatio hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sour cream
  • ½ Tbsp mayonnaise
  • Green onions, sliced

Cooking Instructions

    COMBINE

    In a large bowl, combine all (except green onions) ingredients and toss until well combined.

    • Pasta

    • 1 can of beans

    • Corn

    • Bacon

    • Avocados

    • Cheese

    • Lime

    • Tapatio hot sauce

    • Sour cream

    • Mayonnaise
