  • 2 tsp blackened seasoning
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tsp dark brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 4 4-oz salmon fillets
  • 1 can (21.5 oz) Bush's® Honey Chipotle Grillin' Beans®
  • Salad greens

Cooking Instructions

    COMBINE

    Combine blackened seasoning, Old Bay seasoning and brown sugar in small bowl. Set aside.

    SEASON

    Drizzle one tablespoon olive oil evenly over salmon and use basting brush to coat. Rub salmon evenly on both sides with seasoning mixture.

    Heat tablespoon olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add salmon and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until done.
