  • 6 russet potatoes
  • ½ lb pulled pork
  • 1 can BUSH’S® Chili Magic® Chili Starter - Campfire (15.5 oz)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded cheese

Optional Toppings

sour cream & sliced scallions

Cooking Instructions

    BAKE

    Bake potatoes in 400F oven for 1 hour.

    MIX

    In a large bowl mix pulled pork & beans.

    SCOOP

    When potatoes are cool enough to handle, cut potatoes in half and scoop out centers of potatoes leaving ¼ inch of potato around the inside of the potato

      Fill potato skins with bean & pork mixture, top with cheese

      Return filled potatoes to oven and melt cheese, 3-5 minutes.
