Easy Chocolate Fudge Black Bean Cookies
Did you know you can use our Black Beans in desserts? These rich cookies will satisfy your chocolate craving and are ready in just 45 minutes. Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) Bush's® Black Beans, drained & rinsed
- ¼ cup water
- ⅓ cup oil
- 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate fudge cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Cooking Instructions
- 1PUREE
Using a blender, puree beans with water and oil.
- 2MIX
Mix cake mix in large bowl with eggs and wet pureed ingredients until smooth. Stir chocolate chips in by hand.
- 3SCOOP
Using a teaspoon or a cookie scoop portion cookie batter on cookie sheet. Placing cookies about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
- 4BAKE
Bake 8 minutes at 350°F.
- 5COOL
Let cool ten minutes on cookie sheet.
