Florentine Cannellini One Pot
Three types of our beans (Cannellini, Light Red Kidney and Dark Red Kidney) are combined with bacon, sun-dried tomatoes and spices to create a hearty meal with the flair of Italian soup.

Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) chopped spinach, drained
- 3 cans (14.5 oz) chicken broth
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, cut in thin strips
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
- Crispy french-fried onions
- 1 can (15.5 oz) Bush's® Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (16 oz) Bush's® Light Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (16 oz) Bush's® Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
Cooking Instructions
- 1FRY
Cook bacon over high heat in large stockpot until cooked.
- 2ADD
Add garlic and onion, saute until brown. Mix in spinach, saute 2 minutes.
- 3SIMMER
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.
- 4SEASON
Season to taste.
- 5GARNISH
Top with cheese and crispy onions and serve.
