Bush’s® Bourbon & Brown Sugar Grillin’ Beans & Sausage Dip
This smoky, savory dip combines Bush’s® Bourbon & Brown Sugar Grillin’ Beans, spicy Italian sausage, and Monterey Jack cheese that’s baked until bubbly and topped with sour cream and fresh parsley. No outdoor occasion is complete without it!

Ingredients
- 1 lb Johnsonville Ground Italian Sausage (mild or hot)
- 1/2 cup diced white onion
- 1 can (22 oz) Bush's® Bourbon & Brown Sugar Grillin’ Beans
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup mustard barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Tortilla chips or crackers for serving
Cooking Instructions
- 1PREHEAT
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 2BROWN
In a skillet, brown Johnsonville Ground Italian Sausage and diced white onion.
- 3COMBINE
In a large mixing bowl, combine Bourbon & Brown Sugar Grillin’ Beans, cooked sausage mixture, 1/2 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, and mustard barbecue sauce.
- 4ASSEMBLE
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining Monterey Jack cheese on top.
- 5BAKE
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- 6SERVE
Garnish with sour cream and chopped parsley before serving. Serve with UTZ Kettle Chips or “On The Border” tortilla rounds.
