Mike’s Hot Honey BBQ Tailgate Tray
Bush's® Hot Honey Grillin' Beans® and Mike's Hot Honey team up for a tray full of hot honey barbecue.

Ingredients
- 1 rack baby back ribs
- 8 drumsticks
- 1 (21.7oz) can Bush’s® Hot Honey Grillin’ Beans®
- Dry Rub
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon granulated onion
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Glaze
- 1 1/4 cups barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mike’s Hot Honey
Cooking Instructions
- 1COMBINE
Combine chili powder, granulated garlic, granulated onion, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne in a medium bowl and mix to combine.
- 2WHISK
Whisk together barbecue sauce and honey, set aside until ready to use.
- 3SEASON
Season with half of the dry rub mix and rub all over the ribs. Wrap the ribs in foil and marinate 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. If you do not have time to marinate the ribs, they can be cooked right away. Season the drumsticks with the remaining dry rub. Wrap the drumsticks in foil and marinate 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. If you do not have time to marinate the drumsticks, they can be cooked right away.
- 4BAKE
Remove marinated ribs from the fridge when ready to cook. Preheat the oven to 325F. Keep the ribs in the foil and place it on a baking tray. Bake the ribs until tender, 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Once the ribs are tender, open the foil packet and brush with reserved BBQ sauce mixture. Increase the oven temperature to 400F. Return the sauced ribs to the oven and bake to set the glaze, 5 minutes. Repeat with the BBQ sauce mixture until the ribs are glazed and shiny, about 4 times. Transfer the ribs onto a cutting board and cut along the bones and serve immediately.
- 5BAKE
Remove marinated drumsticks from the fridge when ready to cook. Preheat the oven to 350F. Spread the drumsticks on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake the drumsticks until golden brown on all sides and the internal temperature is 165F, 35 to 40 minutes. Remove the drumsticks from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 400F. Brush drumsticks with the reserved BBQ sauce mixture. Return the sauced drumsticks to the oven and bake to set the glaze, 5 minutes. Repeat with the BBQ sauce mixture until the drumsticks are glazed and shiny, about 4 times. Serve drumsticks with the ribs.
- 6ASSEMBLE
Heat Bush’s Mike’s Hot Honey Grilin’ Beans until heated through. Serve with ribs and drumsticks.
