Pulled Pork and Bean Skillet
Pulled pork and tender Bush's® Pinto Beans star in this spicy one-skillet dish that's served on tortillas or with tortilla chips.

Ingredients
- 5 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- ¼ lb chorizo
- 1 lb pulled pork
- 1 can (16 oz) Bush's® Pinto Beans, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) chopped tomatoes, undrained
- 4 (8-inch) tortillas or tortilla chips
Cooking Instructions
- 1FRY
Lightly brown bacon in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until evenly cooked.
- 2ADD
Stir in onion, green pepper, jalapeno, chorizo and pulled pork. Cook 2 minutes. Add beans and tomatoes.
- 3SIMMER
Simmer slowly 5-7 minutes.
- 4SERVE
Serve warm with tortillas or tortilla chips.
