Ingredients

Serves: 6
  • 1 can (15.8 oz) Bush's® Purple Hull Peas, drained
  • 1 can (11 oz) white shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (basil, garlic, oregano flavor)
  • 8 oz Italian dressing
  • Chopped jalapeno to taste
  • Tortilla chips

Cooking Instructions

    MIX

    Mix all ingredients together and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 1/2 hours.

    • Corn

    • Tomatoes

    • Italian dressing

    • Jalapeno
