Ingredients
- 1 pkg (4-6) pita bread
- 1 carton (10 oz grape tomatoes, halved and sliced
- 1 small red onion, halved and sliced thin
- 1 Medium cucumber, sliced
- 1 bag (8 oz) lettuce or spring mix
- 2 cans (15.5 oz) Bush’s® Rustic Tuscany™ Chickpeas"
Optional Toppings
Drizzle of creamy dressing (Taziki, Greek or Caesar)
Cooking Instructions

Cut pita breads in half and slice all vegetables
