  • 1 carton (10 oz grape tomatoes, halved and sliced 
  • 1 small red onion, halved and sliced thin
  • 1 Medium cucumber, sliced 
  • 1 bag  (8 oz) lettuce or spring mix
  • 2 cans (15.5 oz) Bush’s® Rustic Tuscany Chickpeas"

Optional Toppings

Drizzle of creamy dressing (Taziki, Greek or Caesar)
