Ingredients

Serves: 1 cup
  • 3 cans (16 ounce) Bush's® Chili Beans, red in mild sauce
  • 1 pound Johnsonville Italian Ground Sweet Sausage
  • 1 pound Johnsonville Chorizo Ground Sausage
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cans (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions
  • 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Optional Toppings

Crushed red pepper flakes, Shredded cheese, Avocado, Red onion, Jalapeño

Cooking Instructions

    BROWN

    Add sausage to a large sauce pan and cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.

    Add onions to same pan and cook and stir for3-5 minutes until tender.

    BOIL

    Stir in tomatoes, chili beans, tomato paste and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil.

    SIMMER

    Reduce heat; Cover and simmer for 15- 20 minutes.
