Sausage and Red Bean Chili

Ingredients
- 3 cans (16 ounce) Bush's® Chili Beans, red in mild sauce
- 1 pound Johnsonville Italian Ground Sweet Sausage
- 1 pound Johnsonville Chorizo Ground Sausage
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cans (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Optional Toppings
Crushed red pepper flakes, Shredded cheese, Avocado, Red onion, Jalapeño
Cooking Instructions
- 1BROWN
Add sausage to a large sauce pan and cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
- 2ADD
Add onions to same pan and cook and stir for3-5 minutes until tender.
- 3BOIL
Stir in tomatoes, chili beans, tomato paste and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil.
- 4SIMMER
Reduce heat; Cover and simmer for 15- 20 minutes.
- 5TOP
Sprinkle with cheese or any favorite condiments and serve.
