Sidekicked Salsa Chicken with Bush’s® Southwest Zest™
Seriously kickin’ chicken never tasted so good with Bush's® Sidekicks™ Southwest Zest™ Pinto Beans. Simmered in a perfectly seasoned sauce with cumin and jalapeños, these pinto beans will definitely add some zhuzh in a zip to your weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts, butterflied
- 1 packet low sodium taco seasoning (Ole El Paso 1oz)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cans (15 oz) BUSH’S® Southwest Zest™ Pinto Beans
Optional Toppings
sour cream or plain yogurt, avocado, green onions
Cooking Instructions
- 1PREHEAT
Preheat oven to 375ºF
- 2PREP
Add chicken and taco seasoning into a gallon storage bag; shake to coat chicken.
- 3SEASON
Place chicken breasts in a greased 9x13 baking dish and pour salsa over chicken.
- 4BAKE
Bake for 30 min or until internal temperature of the chicken is 165F
- 5ADD
Add cheese on top of each chicken breast and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese melts
- 6WARM
Warm BUSH’S® Southwest Zest™ and serve on the side
