Ingredients

Serves: 4
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, butterflied
  • 1 packet low sodium taco seasoning (Ole El Paso 1oz)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cans (15 oz) BUSH’S® Southwest Zest Pinto Beans

Optional Toppings

sour cream or plain yogurt, avocado, green onions

Cooking Instructions

    PREHEAT

    Preheat oven to 375ºF

      PREP

      Add chicken and taco seasoning into a gallon storage bag; shake to coat chicken.

      SEASON

      Place chicken breasts in a greased 9x13 baking dish and pour salsa over chicken.

      BAKE

      Bake for 30 min or until internal temperature of the chicken is 165F

        ADD

        Add cheese on top of each chicken breast and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese melts
