Single Skillet Smoky Bean Breakfast
A hearty breakfast for two hungry people, this smoky bean breakfast is cooked and served in a single skillet. Make sure to cook over a campfire for the best smoky flavor.

Ingredients
- Single Skillet Smoky Bean Breakfast
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 links breakfast sausage
- 2 large eggs
- 1 28-oz can Bush’s Baked Beans
- Texas toast, for serving
Cooking Instructions
- 1COOK
Place a cast iron skillet on a campfire, add bacon and sausage and cook until the bacon is rendered and crisp on the edges and the sausages are golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 2FRY
Add the eggs to the bacon fat and fry until crisp on the edges, then remove and place with the cooked bacon and sausages.
- 3HEAT
Add Bush’s Original Baked Beans to same skillet and stir to heat through. Add the cooked bacon, sausages, and eggs on top and serve immediately with toast.
