Ingredients

Serves: 20
  • 1 can (16 oz) BUSH’S® Chili Beans, Black Beans in a Mild Chili Sauce
  • ½ lb. smoked chicken, pulled
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1 can (4 oz) green chilies
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 20 egg roll wrappers
  • salsa

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1
    MIX

    Mix together beans, chicken, corn, chilies & cheese.

    FILL

    Spoon about 2 tablespoons of bean mixture in center of egg roll wrapper, Fold sides toward the center & roll tightly. Place seam side down on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

    Cook in 425F oven for 10 minutes or Alternate: Air fryer at 400F for approximately 6 minutes each side
