Ingredients
- 3 cups instant long grain white rice or brown rice
- 1½ cups cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Pico De Gallo salsa, mild
- 1 can (15.25 oz) Southwest corn (Green Giant), drained
- 1 can (15 oz) Bush’s® Southwest Zest™ Pinto Beans
- 3 Tbsp Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Cooking Instructions

Prepare rice according to package directions
- 2MIX
Mix cooked chicken with salsa.
- 3LAYER
In a microwave-safe bowl, layer 1 cup rice, ½ cup of chicken and salsa mixture, ¼ cup corn, ½ cup Bush’s® Southwest Zest™ and 1 Tbsp. of cheese.

Cover and Microwave for 1 minute, until hot and serve.
