Sweet Heat Served with Fajita Dogs
In the mood for a sweet treat that also has some heat? Look no further than this recipe for Sweet Heat Served with Fajita Dogs. It combines all of the flavor of a delicious sizzling fajita with the bold, zesty sweet heat of Bush's® Sweet Heat Baked Beans. Top with grilled onion, red and green peppers and then drizzle with queso dip and you have yourself the Top Dog of dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 can (16oz) Bush’s Sweet Heat Beans
- 4 all-beef Johnsonville hot dogs
- 4 hot dog buns
- ½ white onion, cut into strips
- ¼ green pepper, cut into strips
- ¼ red pepper, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp jarred queso dip
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
Cooking Instructions
- 1HEAT
Heat Bush’s Sweet Heat Beans in a medium saucepan until just heated through.
- 2GRILL
Grill hot dogs according to package instructions. Grill hot dog buns until lightly toasted. Set aside. Grill sliced onions, green and red peppers until lightly charred.
- 3ASSEMBLE
Place a hot dog in each bun and top with grilled onion, red and green peppers. Drizzle with jarred queso dip of your choice and chopped green onion.
- 4SERVE
Serve with a heaping spoonful of Bush’s Sweet Heat Beans on the side.
