  • Taco Fiesta Salad Bowl
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt
  • 1 can Taco Fiesta Black Beans
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Avocado, for serving
  • Shredded Mexican-blend cheese, for serving
  • Lightly crushed tortilla chips, for serving

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned, 5 to 8 minutes. Add the taco seasoning and follow the instructions on the package. Set aside.
