Ingredients

Makes 4 Servings
  • 1 lb lean ground beef​
  • ½ cup onion, chopped​
  • ½ cup green pepper, chopped​
  • 1 can (16 oz) BUSH’S® Mild Red Chili Beans, undrained​
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes​
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels​
  • 1 can (5.5 oz) tomato paste​
  • ½ cup water​
  • 2 tsp chili powder​
  • 1 tsp salt

    Optional Toppings: Fresh cilantro, sour cream, green onions, and cheese

Directions

  1. In large saucepan, cook beef, onion and green pepper over high heat for about 10 minutes or until beef is browned; drain.​

  2. Add beans, tomatoes, corn, tomato paste, water, chili powder and salt; bring to boil.​

  3. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened.
