- 2 cans (15.8 oz) BUSH'S® Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 lbs bacon, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 6 serrano chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- Chopped cilantro
- Lightly brown bacon in large skillet over medium heat, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add onions and chilies, saute until onion is golden brown, 5 to 6 minutes.
- Stir in tomato and beans and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
