  • ¾ cup quinoa, cooked
  • 1 can (21.5 ounces) BUSH'S® Honey Chipotle Grillin’ Beans®, drained
  • ¼ cup whole wheat panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup chopped vegetables (such as carrots or zucchini)
  • 1 each egg
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios
  • 3 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 package mini whole-grain buns
  • Optional Topping:
  • aioli sauce


  1. Cook quinoa according to package. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mash BUSH’S® Honey Chipotle Grillin’ Beans® with spoon. Add cooked quinoa, bread crumbs, vegetables, egg, nuts and cranberries.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Shape burgers into bite-sized patties. Arrange patties in skillet in single layer. Cook for 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve burgers on mini whole grain buns and top with aioli sauce, as desired.
