  • 1 can (16 oz) BUSH'S® Light Red Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese


  1. In a bowl, combine kidney beans, onion, cucumber, salad dressing, dill weed, salt and pepper; stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Just before serving, stir in tomato; sprinkle with cheese.
