  • 1 pound extra-lean pork tenderloin
  • ½ teaspoon southwest chipotle seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 each onion, chopped
  • ¾ cup pre-made red enchilada sauce
  • ½ cup low-sodium beef broth
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 12 each corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 can (21.5 ounces) BUSH'S® Honey Chipotle Grillin’ Beans®


  1. Place pork tenderloin in slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle chipotle seasoning, salt and pepper directly onto pork.
  3. Add onion, enchilada sauce, broth, barbecue sauce and hot sauce.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. After cooking, shred pork with fork. To serve, top corn tortillas with pork sauce from slow cooker and cabbage. Serve with BUSH’S® Honey Chipotle Grillin’ Beans®.
