Bush’s® Slow-Simmered Beef and Onions

Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) BUSH'S® Kidney Beans, drained
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 1/2-4 pounds trimmed beef chuck roast, cut into cubes
- 1 pkg (1 oz) dry onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
Directions
- Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Brown beef completely.
- Combine beef (with pan juices), soup mix, water and vegetables in slow cooker. Top with beans.
- Cover and cook 4-6 hours on low.
