Finessed Fajita Chicken with Bush’s® Taco Fiesta™
How do you add a little finesse to your fajita? Simple. Combine the classic flavor of Chicken Fajitas with the slow-simmered, rich chipotle seasoning of Bush's® Sidekicks™ Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans.

Ingrédients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1 packet fajita seasoning (McCormick fajita seasoning, 1.12 oz)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, halved and sliced thin
- 1 medium bell pepper, halved and sliced
- 2 cans (15.1 oz) Bush’s® Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans
Garnitures facultatives
1 package of tortillas
Instructions de cuisson
- 1PRÉCHAUFFER
Preheat oven to 400F and coat sheet pan with 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2PRÉPARER
Spread vegetables and chicken onto sheet pan and drizzle remaining olive oil over the top
- 3ASSAISONNER
Sprinkle fajita seasoning packet over the vegetables and chicken
- 4CUIRE
Put sheet pan in oven and bake for 30 min or until internal temperature of chicken is 165ºF

Warm Bush’s® Taco Fiesta™ and serve on the side.
